- IELTS practice tests, test banks, and simulated test experiences.
- Learning materials, forecast content, and study support resources.
- Premium plans, coins, classrooms, and other paid access rights.
- Learning tools and AI-powered marking features, including but not limited to Writing and Speaking.
User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or using the service.
- Users are responsible for protecting login information and for all activity under their accounts.
- Users may not share, rent, transfer, or allow third parties to use their accounts without approval from Naugh Milk Ielts.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the website or services for unlawful purposes or activities that violate public ethics.
- Interfering with, attacking, scanning, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access to the system.
- Copying, reposting, commercializing, re-uploading, or otherwise exploiting platform content, tests, materials, data, or resources without permission.
- Abusing promotions, using automation, creating bulk accounts, or committing fraud to gain unfair benefit from the system.
Content Ownership
All platform content, including design, layout, branding, text, images, test data, learning materials, system features, and related resources, is managed by or lawfully licensed to Naugh Milk IELTS, except third-party content that is separately attributed or licensed.
Paid Access
Some content or features are available only to users who have purchased the relevant service plan. Naugh Milk Ielts may adjust organization, display scope, or delivery format for operational needs, provided that core benefits confirmed for valid transactions are not materially reduced.
Limitation of Liability
Learning content, forecasts, sample answers, AI feedback, AI scoring, and other support tools are provided for study and reference purposes. Naugh Milk IELTS does not guarantee actual exam scores, exam outcomes, or suitability for every individual case.
Suspension or Termination
- Naugh Milk Ielts may suspend, limit, or terminate access if a user violates these terms.
- We may take action when there are signs of fraud, unauthorized account sharing, system abuse, or behavior that affects service safety and stability.
- The website may temporarily suspend some or all functions for maintenance, upgrades, security updates, or technical incident handling without prior notice.
Governing Law and Disputes
Disputes related to access or use of the service will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled under applicable Vietnamese law.
