Transaction Confirmation
A transaction is complete only when the user pays successfully, the system or payment provider confirms that the full amount was received, and the account is updated with the corresponding status.
If a user creates an order but does not complete payment within the valid QR or session period, the order may expire automatically. The user should create a new transaction if they still wish to pay.
Benefit Activation After Payment
After successful payment confirmation, the system will automatically activate the corresponding service plan or add coins to the user's account. Actual activation timing depends on data reconciliation between the system and payment provider.
User Responsibilities

- Contact support proactively if payment succeeds but benefits are not received within a reasonable time.
Failed Transactions and Refunds
If the user has paid successfully but the service has not been activated or coins have not been added, please contact Naugh Milk IELTS for review and reconciliation. Payments that have been confirmed and correctly activated are not refundable, except valid error cases under the Return Policy.
Price and Promotion Changes
Service prices, promotions, or discount codes may be adjusted from time to time and apply according to the price shown when the user confirms the transaction. Naugh Milk IELTS may update these programs without prior notice in all cases.
